Description
This hand painted Border Leicester Yarn is a mill spun singles in the Lopi style which shows off the luster of the wool beautifully. I love with experiment with color when I am dying, and it is a mix of the mad chemist and artist that comes out in the kitchen. This yarn is dyed with a commercial acid dye and as you can see the Border Leicester Wool take the color beautifully while maintaining is lovely soft glow.
Be aware that that these are one-of-a-kind yarns as no two dye baths are exactly the same.
